Services
I offer a range of therapeutic services to support personal growth, healing, and professional development. Whether you're seeking individual therapy, group DBT skills training, or clinical supervision, my goal is to provide a compassionate and effective space for transformation. Explore the services below to find the right fit for your needs.
Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) struggling with eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, complex trauma and personality disorders. I also work with people wanting to address body image concerns, life transitions, immigration/acculturation and relationship issues.
I’m interested in the exploration of co-occurring psychological presentations. People usually can experience issues with body image and eating disorders while experiencing trauma symptoms, depression or anxiety. In my work with my clients I help them to address and pay attention to their behaviors and the thoughts and feelings that are contributing to the development of their symptoms.I help my clients to gain more awareness and gain agency to manage their feelings in order to achieve their goals.
I offer in person and virtual therapy sessions for clients residing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Virtual sessions will be conducted via a HIPAA compliant, secure software platform.
Group Therapy
Adult intensive virtual DBT skills group

Our next intensive DBT group starts on February 2025 (exact date TBD).
This program is well suited for people that will benefit from adding DBT skills to their individual therapy work. We will review and practice the most essential skills from each DBT module so participants can learn skills to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, navigate interpersonal relationships effectively and to incorporate mindfulness practice into their lives. This 14-week group is structured more like a workshop in which participants learn skills during group, and practice the skills in between sessions to gain mastery.

In the past, participants have shared that engaging in this DBT skills group gave them valuable skills sets while also allowing them to connect with others going through similar challenges. Therapists have also shared that having their clients doing this DBT skills group helped them to deepen the work with their clients and that they observed positive changes in their clients’ progress.

Supervision and clinical consultation for mental health professionals
Working in the mental health field comes with a lot of responsibility and it can be incredibly isolating. Doing virtual work only or even working with in-person clients in private practice without having opportunities to interact with colleagues or talk about cases can feel overwhelming and stressful. I would like to provide a space for clinicians to be able to bring their cases were we can work together to increase your effectiveness as a therapist by exploring your “blind spots” becoming increasingly self-aware, explore the transference and counter-transference as well as implementing evidence based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc) and learn how to implement an integrative modality in your work with your clients.

If you are interested in supervision/ consultation email me and let me know what your needs are.
The fee for consultation/supervision depends on your needs. I offer individual supervision/consultation and am open to group supervision/consultation if you have other colleagues that are also interested in starting one.

I’m a Lyra health provider. Lyra is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that major companies offer to their employees to access mental health services for themselves or their dependents. If you are a recipient of Lyra, your sessions are paid by Lyra according to your EAP benefits. Lyra covers individual therapy as well as the DBT skills group.
I am an out of network provider which means all payments will be processed at the time of services to the credit/debit/HSA card you submitted. You can make use of your out of network benefits and your insurance will reimburse you a percentage of my fee depending on the particular health plan you have. Patients’ are responsible for contacting their insurance company to learn about their benefits and how to process their reimbursement. I will provide you with an itemized receipt or “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance company.
